The new world team tennis rankings were announced following the Davis Cup team semifinals.
Spain, which will play in the Davis Cup final, is still ranked first. The team from the Czech Republic, which likewise will play in the final, has climbed to second place.

Argentina, Serbia, France, USA, Croatia, Kazakhstan, Austria, and Israel are among the top ten, too.

Armenia’s team has dropped seven spots and is currently ranked 89th from among 130 countries listed in the standings.

To note, the Davis Cup is the unofficial world men’s team championship in tennis.
