World Chess Olympiad-2012: Armenia’s Aronian defeats opponent

Armenian men’s national chess team defeated Bangladesh 1-0 during the 40th World Chess Olympiad, which is held in Istanbul, Turkey. In the first match, the leader of Armenia’s team GM Levon Aronian defeated his opponent.

The No. 1 of the Armenian chess national defeated Bangladesh’s Rahman Ziaur playing white. The match ended in the 35th move.

To note, on Tuesday the Armenian men’s chess team defeated Bolivia’s team 3-1. Armenia’s Sergey Movsisyan was defeated by his opponent Oswaldo Zambrano, while another match between the Armenian player Vladimir Hakobyan and Jose Daniel Gemi ended with the Armenian GM’s victory.
