London Olympics 2012: Russia wins third gold

Russian judoka Tagir Khaibulaev defeated Mongol Tuvshinbayar Naidan in the final of the Men’s 100 kg category at the London Olympics. He won the third gold in Judo for Russia.

German Dimitri Peters and Dutch Hee-Tae Hwang shared the bronze. To note, the Russian President Vladimir Putin was present at the match.

The 2012 Summer Olympic Games, officially the Games of the XXX Olympiad, also known informally as London 2012, kicked off in London, United Kingdom, on July 27 and will continue until August 12, 2012.
