Spanish football champions FC Barcelona (Barça) are left without a title sponsor, as of July 1. Their respective contract with Qatar Airways has expired. The new Barça kit is already unveiled without the Qatar Airways advertisement.
Earlier, the parties had stated that they would not launch contract-extension talks. But according to AS, they could strike a new deal soon.
The subject matter of the respective talks shall be the renaming of Camp Nou, the home stadium of the Catalan football club.
Barcelona wish to get €200 million from selling the right for the name of this stadium.
