As a result of an online voting on the Bundesliga official website, Armenia national squad captain and Borussia Dortmund (BVB; Germany) midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan was recognized the best player of Week 16 in the current season of Germany’s top football league.
A total of 54 percent of the online voters named the 26-year-old Armenia international as the player of the week.
The Bundesliga website had recognized Mkhitaryan as the best player also in the previous week.
