The Armenian men’s national team achieved a convincing victory in the first round at the 2015 European Team Chess Championship that kicked off Friday in Reykjavik, the capital city of Iceland.
The squad defeated the hosts, Iceland, by a score of 4-0.
Armenia’s women, on the other hand, defeated Latvia by a score of 2.5-1.5.
