Armenia national squad calls up 13 footballers playing abroad

Thirteen footballers playing their club football abroad have been called up to the Armenian national squad, to participate in the next training camp of the team.

Armenia are preparing for their Euro 2016 qualifying round matches against Serbia, on September 4, and Denmark, on September 7. 

National team interim coach Sargis Hovsepyan has called up these players:

Robert Arzumanyan, Amkar (Russia)

Hrayr Mkoyan, Esteghlal (Iran)

Gael Andonyan, Olympique (Marseille, France)

Hovhannes Hambardzumyan, FK Vardar (FYR Macedonia)

Karlen Mkrtchyan, Anji (Russia)

Gevorg Ghazaryan, C.S. Maritimo (Portugal)

Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Borussia Dortmund (Germany)

Marcos Pizzelli, Aktobe (Kazakhstan)

Artem Simonyan, FC Zurich (Switzerland)

Aras Ozbiliz, Spartak (Moscow, Russia)

Norayr Aslanyan, Almere City (Netherlands)

Ruslan Koryan, Luch-Energia (Russia)

Yura Movsisyan, Spartak (Moscow, Russia)

Full list of the respective Armenian footballers playing abroad as well as in the Armenian Premier League will be announced later, informed the Football Federation of Armenia.
