Armenia has won two gold medals in the Junior European Weightlifting Championships being held in Landskrona, Sweden.
Armen Grigoryan took first place by lifting a combined weight of 211kg in the U16 56kg competition, and Armenia’s another representative, Rafik Harutyunyan, came in second by lifting a combined weight of 204kg.
Separately, Hamlet Mnatsakanyan became the winner in the U17 50kg competition, as he lifted a combined weight of 189kg.
