Movsisyan: 2014 was most difficult in my career

Armenia national football squad and FC Spartak Moscow (Russia) forward Yura Movsisyan noted that 2014 was the most difficult year in his playing career.

To note, the 27-year-old Armenia international had sustained a serious injury during the match against Germany on June 6, 2014, and he had undergone respective surgery on July 31 of the same year.

“I was frequently injured, and I was able to play in the games with a maximum 60 percent of my strength, which saddens me. The recuperation period was psychologically depressing, too.

“I want to always be on the pitch. Thank God, now everything is in the past; the injury no longer bothers,” Championat quoted Movsisyan as saying.
