A funny incident occurred during the Iranian Division 1 football league match between Nassaji Mazandaran F.C. and Shahrdari Yasuj F.C.
One of the clubs’ substitute player rushed onto the pitch and saved his team from conceiving a goal by preventing the ball from entering into the empty net.
As a result, however, the game referee ejected the sub from the pitch and awarded a free kick to the opposing team.
