FC Spartak Moscow former manager Valeri Karpin dismissed the rumors that he had been against Armenia national football squad forward Yura Movsisyan’s move to the Russian club.
Sport Express asked the Russian specialist about the aforementioned.
“They say you were against Movsisyan’s transfer, whereas [Spartak Board of Directors member] Jevan Cheloyants had insisted on him.
“Who said such a thing? It turns out that Cheloyants wanted to acquire Movsisyan, but I did not? This also is a myth,” Karpin responded to the website’s query.
